Welcome to Qudrat Botanicals. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders
- Orders are shipped only through trusted courier partners and/or India Speed Post.
- While we aim to deliver within the estimated time mentioned in your order confirmation, Qudrat is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events).
- If delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond our control (including inaccessible delivery locations or courier limitations), we will inform you and cancel the order. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations
- Pre-dispatch cancellations will be refunded after deducting 10% as transaction fees.
- For cancellations after dispatch, you may refuse the order upon delivery. Once the courier updates the status as “RTO (Return to Origin)”, we will cancel your order and process the refund.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Returns & Replacements
We take pride in our multi-step packaging and inspection process to ensure that products reach you safely. However, in the rare event of damage or manufacturing defects:

You may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery by writing to us at hello@qudratbotanicals.com

Proof of damage/defect (photos and/or videos of the package, product, invoice, and shipping label) is required to process your claim.

Products are eligible for replacement only if damaged in transit or due to a manufacturing defect.

If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results, as skincare responses vary individually.
4. Currency Transactions

All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.
