Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (sales, new launches, festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Other cities / towns: 3–7 business days

Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times (depending on the courier).
If the delivery fails due to:

incorrect address
-
incomplete address
-
customer unavailable
-
customer not answering calls
-
refusal to accept delivery
the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us.
Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct while placing your order.
Qudrat Botanicals will not be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments
If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address:

We can reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), OR
-
We can initiate a refund after deducting shipping and transactional charges (if applicable).
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, leaked, or damaged, we recommend:

Taking an unboxing video immediately

Clicking clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product(s)
